Wash and Fold Questions
There is no need as we come to you. All our laundry services are available with free pickup and delivery.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold. We also offer Free and Clear options. Tide is available for an additional $3.00 (Please note on order).
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold such a Tide, Downy, and Bounce.
We separate whites, lights and darks into different machines. We also pull out delicate items and place them in a special laundry bag to further protect them.
Put any clothing that needs special attention in a small bag with a note on what you need done. We will do the best we can. However, if you pretreat a stain as soon as it happens, the odds improve that it will be successful in removing the stain.
If you do not specify, we typically hang the more formal items like collared shirts and slacks. Then we protect them in a clear plastic garment bag. We will fold everything else and package it for your protection. Please let us know if you want something specific hung-up. 10 cents extra per hanger.
We will fold your socks with its pair.
Yes, we ask you to put clothing with special instructions in a separate bag along with a note with the instructions to wash. Please indicate this on your order when you place it as well.

Did you know that the average family that uses a a wash and fold service saves over 1000 gallons of water per month? Home top loaders use 160 gallons for 40 lbs. of clothes, and their front loader counterparts use 80 gallons of water for 40 lbs. of clothes.

Yes. A modest 20 lbs. which can be easily met with a heaping basket of dirty clothes.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the next business day after we pick them up.
No but you must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
